Kelly helped us on our first home. We had a very difficult timeline as our current rental at the time was being sold out from under us. Kelly was extremely attentive and showed us a bunch of properties of various price ranges/condition/locations to give us a better sense of what our budget could afford. We finally settled on a fixer upper, and from there, the negotiations got extremely complicated. Despite the difficulties, Kelly was able to not only negotiate a fair price, but also managed to help us get a new roof installed on the house before we moved in, which was huge both in cost, and in comfort. All in all, Kelly was a great person to work with, even calling/texting us after hours just to keep us in the loop and to address the myriad of questions we had in our first time home purchase. She is a very busy person, but I never felt like I was bothering her, and despite the craziness of this purchase, she managed to get us closed and into our new place in only 6 weeks. I'd highly recommend her in any future purchases and if we decide to sell in the future, we will no doubt be contacting her again.
