This is the second time we have had the opportunity to work with Stephanie. She helped us purchase our first home in Englewood and when we outgrew that she helped us to sell it. We then worked with her to find our next dream home in Centennial. Stephanie was patient, persistent and instrumental during the entire process. Her knowledge of the market helped sell our Englewood house quickly. Her investment into making sure we made the right choice for our next house was very sincere. Stephanie made negotiations easy. Chris is a awesome relator. He enduldged any and all questions I had about selling and buying a house. He spelled out everything which was very helpful as it is a nerve racking time. I cannot recommend Damon highly enough. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and Damon answered every single one of them. It was clear to me that he was not simply trying to sell houses; he truly cared about what was important to me. Each time we visited a home, he was also analyzing the property with a keen eye, point out things like exterior maintenance and following up on listings in the same community. Damon truly goes above and beyond for a clients. As an example, he knew of a listing that had not yet come onto the market, and he arranged for me to see it before it was officially listed. When it came time to make an offer, Damon tailored the offer to the needs of the seller, which resulted in a very quick acceptance on the first offer I made. While I was under contract, Damon and his team regularly checked in, providing me a list of deadlines and what needed to be done next. I had no fear about missing deadlines, because they were on it!

Wow! Shaylin is the consummate professional. She came highly recommended to us from friends of our daughter. Our son used her first to purchase his home and was so impressed, I used her too. From the very beginning she was responsive to our desires and our changing locations are circumstances required us to look further north. She scrambled and quickly reoriented our search. Most importantly, she LISTENED to us.
