We first met Jillann when we purchased our home and she was the seller's agent. Although we liked our agent very much, we were quite impressed with Jillann's knowledge and expertise. So, 5 years later when it came time to sell our home, we contacted Jillann, and we are so happy that we did. From beginning to end, she was a pleasure to work with, and she was VERY responsive to our needs. She always responded quickly to texts, calls, and emails, regardless of time--even when she was on vacation. She also helped us troubleshoot various issues related to our move--such as affordable movers, etc. She was sort of like a one-stop concierge service for making a move as easy as possible! There is no better person you can have when buying your home than Shaylin. She is one of the most dedicated people we have ever met and sent us personalized emails instead of the generic email blasts. Her search included houses that genuinely met what we were looking for and she urged us away more expensive houses that would be money pits or beyond the boundary we were looking in. She also gave us a condensed list of lenders she trusted and found one that met our style. What really set her apart was her reassurance after being approved. After immediately freaking out about price, she listened to us voice our concerns and then reached out to the lender to make sure the numbers we agreed on were still accurate. After sitting down with us and running over the details, we were reassured and now live in our ideal home. I could not imagine a better person to trust for making the biggest purchase of your life.
