I met Stephanie many years ago at one of her open houses when my mom and I were looking to downsize. There was an instant bond, and my mother (a very good judge of character) knew right then and there that she wanted Stephanie to be our Realtor. Let’s just say life happened and we never got around to the moving process. Fast forward many years later and my mom decided it was time to sell and called Stephanie up to help. She was ready and excited to help us sell. Unfortunately, my mother passed away around the time of this process. As anyone can imagine, this was an extremely difficult time. Stephanie gave us our space but made it known that she would be there to help sell the house whenever the time was right. The right time came and Stephanie put all her magic together and was able to get our house under contract in ONE WEEKEND!! She thoroughly held our hands through every step of the process, made excellent recommendations to help get the house sold, and made absolutely everything seamless and stress-free. She’s a go-getter that doesn’t let anything slip through the cracks and is a wonderful communicator. I was recommended to Shanon by a friend and the day after I was given her information I received an email from Shanon asking for all the criteria I was looking for. Shortly after that was compiled and I had a list of at least 10 places or so we started the showing process. After we did our first day of showings there were still some places I wanted to look at on future dates and Shanon was more than happy to make more showings and make sure I was comfortable with what I was looking at! She even tossed in a couple great recommendations having the local knowledge and knowing what I was personally looking for. Once the process got more official and deadline orientated she was also just a text, email, or phone call away and always responded very quickly back, which of course was very nerve settling. Overall, I highly recommend Shanon DeBelle and will be recommending her to my closest friends and family.

We highly recommend Dane Rickard as your Realtor for many reasons. We had some very specific things we were looking for in a house and because of our very specific tastes we were looking at homes for almost year and half! Dane was so patient with us the entire time and worked just as hard at the end as he did in the beginning! He is so knowledgable of all the properties and the pitfalls to watch out for. He never pressured us into anything, in fact the opposite was true. He talked us out of a couple places that we really liked because he showed us how big of a money pit they would become keeping us from making some very costly mistakes while putting aside his own financial gain. We would recommend him to anyone and we have already many times over!
