Prior to putting our home on the market, Juhi guided us through house preparation for the web based marketing. Juhi managed a large number of showings over a weekend that produced a significant number of offers. She had prepared a detailed spread sheet of the offers making it very easy for us to compare them and make a decision. From listing to closing Juhi helped us with all the details, answered questions and was our advocate. Juhi’s competence and professionalism, calm manner, positive attitude, work ethic, communication, detail orientation and sense of humor would rate her a 10+ on a 10 scale!

Susie is hands down one of our favorite people on this planet! She is a dear friend of the family and a phenomenal real estate agent. Last year, my husband and I updated our old house in Arvada and we were on the hunt for a bigger house for our new family. We were also trying to plan our wedding during this process and Susie made it so easy for us to find the perfect home! She took the time to listen to our wants and needs and narrowed the search down to 10 houses. My husband drives a big truck and she made it a priority to ensure the houses we were looking at had a garage large enough to fit his truck. I'm not sure how Susie did it, but we were able to lock in our new house at asking price in 2021, not a penny over, which is almost impossible to do in the market! We are so thankful and blessed to know Susie and we love our new home!
