Lou is experienced, he's knowledgeable and he fights for his customer's best interests in a wise and professional way. Lou goes above and beyond, Lou and his team take care of your business not only before showings but also afterward, eg. helping deal with the furniture you don't want to keep, etc. He also helped me find an experienced realtor while I relocated to another state. My daughter and I loved working with Crystal! She took the time to understand what I was looking for and my boundaries for my search area. When we were looking at houses, she was keeping an eye out for anything that might cause us problems in the future. Crystal was always so flexible with my schedule for showings, as well as willing to text which made everything so much easier as I don't like the phone lol! She truly knows her stuff and was able to help me negotiate a good deal on both the purchase price and also for the items found during the inspection. We possed a rather challenging set of circumstances for Joan to work with, and she very professionally and meticulously worked through each one that came up. Her ability to get the job done, and to do it remarkably, cannot be understated. She brought a house in need of repair up to quality and asthetic appeal I could only imagine. I told my husband, "It's a good thing our house didn't look like this before we sold it, or we'd probably still be there. It was beautiful! Mike and his whole team have been incredible to work with on the purchase of our home. He was quick to respond, great at feeling out what we wanted in a home, and diligent in finding the house as well as working with sellers when we did find a home. Mike made the whole process enjoyable, and he's fabulous with negotiations once we were under contract. He knows the southwest Denver so well, and many of the areas in which we looked he had sold multiple properties (sometimes 10 or 20 in a particular neighborhood), so he knew what was worth the price and what was too high for a particular area. We can't say enough how wonderful it was to work with Mike and his team, and we refer him to all of our friends and family. Mike works alongside a fabulous lender, Tara, who was also a pleasure to work with, and she helped us make the loan process seamless (plus she got us a stellar rate). Very happy with our experience with Mike, and we LOVE the home we purchased, but if we ever move again, we'll be calling Mike.
