Dave is beyond 5-stars. Amazing from day one and still is after the sale of our house. Our home sold within 2 days of being listed with Dave. Which I chalk up to his fresh and modern marketing techniques, amazing knowledge of our unique home style and overall skills as a realtor. Great communicator, great personality, always going above and beyond for anything you need. Doesn’t push or pressure you during your decision making periods. We would truly not recommend anyone else in Colorado and can’t thank Dave enough for making our sale as seamless as possible.

In a world where Experts are anything but--Experts, Stephanie Fix Exceled at every aspect of helping me sell my mothers home after her passing. I had never sold a home and was doing so from another state, but the sale process could not have been better in any way, all because of the tremendous work Ms. Fix provided on a daily basis to sell my mother's home. She does what she says she will do a with such expertise it will amaze you. She is the best, so call her if you want the best. I can't believe any other agent could work harder than Ms. Fix, did for me and my mothers home sale, it was a total professional experience from day one phone call , to even after the Home was sold with follow up texts. Her expertise had the home sell in 1 day, Twice! I would think when other realtors need a realtor, they call her. She is the best. ,

This is the second time Joey helped us sell a home. He also represented us in the past as a buying agent. Moves, especially in this market, are high anxiety events. Joey was the calm to our storm. He kept in constant contact, answered all of our questions, calls, and emails, and was exceptionally thorough in all matters related to our sale...from solar leases, to inspections, to rent backs, and more. We highly recommend him as an agent in your next buy or sell or both. Just after our closing, he helped my mother-in-law sell her home in just a few days. He's helpful, considerate, and connected...he had a person for everything...fireplace work, roofing, electrical, etc. Can't say enough good things.
