Sarah walked through the front door and looked around and my confidence in her abilities to guide me and move my house grew quickly. She guided me with paint colors, decluttering, staging and found me some very well priced craftsmen to get it done. We listed on a Friday and we landed a cash offer for 15 K above the selling price the second day. When I refer to fast I could not believe how fast we had to move once it all came together. Sarah has endless energy and positivity must be a daily double shot Latte for her. She knows the market, she has the chess moves memorized. Life is full of surprises but we really didn't expect a tornado plowing through our property after we'd barely been on the market for 2 weeks! No problem for Bob. He took it in stride and kept us on track during a very trying and stressful time, helped us manage our extensive repairs and still got our property SOLD in a very reasonable amount of time. Everything Bob and Carrie did, from the photography, staging and extensive marketing to the (yippee!!) closing, was absolutely topnotch and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better team and are so grateful to the Miners for their help and humanity. We wholeheartedly recommend them for any real estate transactions.

All I had to do to sell my house was follow Debbie's advice. We improved the items that she felt we should and then we were off to the races.
