I highly recommend using Stephanie Fix as a realtor. Stephanie presented various options we had for selling our home. We chose to remodel and she provided valuable input on what to do to our home. The remodel had several challenges and Stephanie always worked on our behalf to get these challenges resolved in order to get our home on the market in a timely manner. Her market knowledge was invaluable, and she was able to accurately price our home based on existing market factors resulting in us receiving a full cash offer within 24 hours of listing our home. Stephanie is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and has great communication skills - she is the perfect realtor to partner with to sell a home!

Eva's knowledge of the real estate market, especially in Ken-Caryl is unsurpassed. She's willing to share her opinions and thoughts when asked, but always, always puts the client's wishes first. Her communication is not only timely and informative, but she brings humor and a "matter of factness" to the process as well. I can't imagine a real estate agent more professional or invested in the sale of your property.

Juli is an amazing agent. Upon our first meeting we just clicked and felt comfortable communicating with her. She is a genuine person. Throughout our selling process she maintained a quick response to our texts, phone calls and emails thus easing a stressful situation immensely. The sale was challenging but we are grateful for her perseverance to complete it. Thanks for being there for us Juli!

Shaylin Werner is a great agent. She helped me settle my parents estate. Shaylin helped me not only to sell rental homes but multiple vacant properties. She was both sensitive to the lost of my parents and was able to help consult on price so that the family could get the best offer. This was all done during the Covid pandemic. I consider her as one of the best that I have worked with.

Selling a home or buying a home can be a stressful experience for some. Brent was very knowledgeable on market conditions and comps in our area to ensure we were getting the best outcome for our home. I've know Brent for years and his approach to his customers is suburb and quick to action. His professionalism is exceptional with his communication, consistency, attitude and education throughout every process gave us an enormous amount of clarity. Our situation was very different from most but Brent was always there and willing to help if ever I needed him. It's the little things that stand out the most and he's truly someone you can trust and rely on for insurance you're going to be taken care of. I highly recommend him!! Thank you for all your help brother! I appreciate all your hard work.

After showing me 40 plus properties she hung with me until I found something that I was satisfied with without doing a hard sale on something that I wasn't in love with. She was very knowledgeable and skillful in her craft. Would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.

Logan was very helpful to us throughout our house hunting process. We came in contact over a year ago when we were in talks of moving to Colorado from Georgia. She remained in touch and build a relationship over the year as we got ready for the move. She was able to plan our showings efficiently when we flew into the city and even did virtual visits. She made the homebuying process across states a little less stressful for us. Appreciate Logan for her help!

Susie was wonderful to work with in the sale of our house. I strongly recommend her whether you are wanting to sell or buy a house. Selling or buying a house can be very stressful but not with Susie in your corner. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the housing market. Thank you Susie!

She thoughtfully communicated with us throughout the whole process, and was there to answer any of our many questions. I recommend Danette (and the Drageset team as a whole) to anyone buying or selling.
