We came to have Laura Javidi as our realtor almost on accident, when I overheard her talking about real estate with a couple next to me at our gym. I couldn't be more thrilled with how things worked out! Laura is the perfect agent. She was easygoing and always friendly, but also very honest and no-nonsense when she needed to be. If something didn't seem right with a home we visited, she was extremely intuitive and quick to point it out. Most importantly, Laura was ALWAYS available, which was so important in the current market (where houses sell within HOURS of listing). Another thing about Laura (and Pepine Realty in general) was that she was very well connected.
