We sold our house of 14 years 7 months ago and we made comment about Joan and her staff at the time. In a nutshell the Joan Pratt Group was simply spectacular. We have had time to let that feeling simmer and we have experienced real estate transactions with other organizations. I had to confirm our initial feelings with emphasis. Joan and the crew are exceptional. They are extremely knowledgeable and have all the contacts one would need to prepare for a sale or purchase of real estate. But above all and even more than their friendship and wonderful outlook on life they are honest. And I mean honest in ALL things, not just the sale or purchase. If I could I would go on and on but I’d just be repeating myself. I value the friendships with Joan’s group that were forged through the sale of our home. I would trust them with all that I have. We made a terrific decision when we chose Joan Pratt to guide us through our sale.

Melisa was amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of Melisa as a realtor and of my experience of having her as my buyer's agent. She is knowledgeable and her expertise in the local market was immediately evident. She searched and curated homes that would be a good fit given my personal needs. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she worked tirelessly to ensure success in coming under contract and to ensure all deadlines were understood and achieved. There were only 13 business days from contract to closing. We (really, she) did it!

Steve from the start sought to get to know us as more than buyers. He got to know us as people first and foremost. Being out-of-state buyers, he did many virtual tours until we were finally able to meet in person and narrow down our choices. He was patient all of the way through and was invested in landing the right home for us. There were thoughtful touches along the way as well as at closing, but what made it a great experience was getting to know Steve and his partner in crime Eileen throughout the process. You can't go wrong with Steve as your realtor - highly recommend!

Dan helped us with the selling of Tony's father's home after he passed away. We had an FHA pre-approved offer about a week after listing. Dan helped arranged contractors for the necessary repair items found during the FHA inspection and even helped with the meeting of the contractors, knowing we lived an hour away. Then about 2 weeks before closing, while we were on vacation, Dan called to inform us the buyer's financing had fallen through. Dan took the initiative to help him find a new lender, who did get the loan approved, and the closing was only delayed 7 days. All the "extras" to get us to closing were greatly appreciated.
