With this being my SIXTH home transaction with Kristin, I feel confident in saying that I have worked with Kristin in many different real estate markets, seasons in life, and prices of homes, yet there is one thing that has not changed: Kristin and who she is as a person and a realtor. My wife and I bought a house with Allyn February 2020. We then proceeded to sell the condo I had prior to our wedding with Allyn in Marxh 2022 and it's all been a great experience. Allyn will take the time to listen to your needs, keep you up to date and always meets you with a smile. He was amazing about making sure the upgrades in the condo went well and I trusted him on guiding me to the best flooring/paint options that were selling. We wound up making a very nice profit even after the renovation. Overall I will definitely be looking for homes and selling with Allyn again and recommend him to anyone in search of a home in the area.

Highly talented, a master with the contract negotiations, Raman came up with a deal that was great for us and made the seller as happy as well. We found him to be a highly attentive agent and felt in very good hands throughout the whole home buying experience and process. Cheryl handled the sale of my home beyond expectations. She had a cleaning crew ready, a contractor that saved me hundreds of dollars in expenses and photographer that was great, as my home was on a golf course and backed to it!
