David Richins has been our realtor for years. We bought our first home from him in 2011. We sold our previous home with him and when we moved away from Colorado, we sold that home too. Over the years, David has become a friend more than a realtor. I have called him several times for advice on contractors, tax support, and the like. He has never steered us wrong. He was even able to connect us with a realtor in the state we moved into. The realtor was not Dave but she was better than others we have had since. I recommend David to any of my CO friends whenever I am able. You cannot go wrong with him. He will have your best interest at heart. He will be honest, in a kind way.
