With them in the middle of delicate negotiations on our behalf and guiding us through or taking care of the details, we never had to worry. When we did insist on a contract change or other issue, Dave wisely guided us through the issue and the pros/cons of our request to help us make a decision that would put us in the best position to be successful (and not make a mistake). We never doubted they were our agent and working on our behalf. If we wanted to cancel a contract or not stretch as far as the other party wanted us to, we never doubted that our commissioned agent had only our best interest at heart. For example, we could have declined a purchase offer on our home and made it a rental for 1-2 years to wait out the market. We would have been supported in that choice either way.
