My house was in Florida and i lived in Indiana. the house also had numerous issues that had to be fixed to take it to market. Midge was exemplary at taking care of the details and keeping me well informed of everything i needed to do. She helped me arrange contractors and checked their work. I could not have completed this without her help, the hand-holding required was extensive and it was greatly appreciated. i highly recommend Midge to everyone i speak to.
