Midge McCarthy has very high work ethic standards, and truly cares about her clients. We were in especially difficult situation selling our vacation home in Sarasota remotely (with very limited opportunity to travel and take care of the property), and Midge has done a great job filling many of the gaps we had on maintenance and other matters, including an especially challenging period after the hurricane Irma. For a number of reasons (a major remodeling was one of them) not related to the quality of Midge's services, our property was on the Market for over 8 months, so at times it seemed very frustrating, with no end in site, but Midge would never loose hope, she would always keep a positive attitude and hard work, and those are the qualities that never fail to do the job right.
