Amazing to work with!
Kristin was amazing to work with, she worked very hard to help me buy my condo, in such a short period of time. She helped with every step from inspections to closing. Would love to work with her again in the future!

She knows about traffic patterns during peak periods and shares that kind of information without having to be asked. She is willing to show properties on weekends and evenings to help fit a buyer's work schedule. She is experienced with transactional situations, and is very good at structuring offers and counter offers. She has a real sense about what will work in friendly negotiations. We think she is a first rate real estate agent and would recommend her to anyone interested in listing or buying a property in the Sarasota, Bradenton area.

Honestly, I don't think I could have managed without her.
Once I'd decided on a property I liked, Kristin smoothed the way in every way that I needed. I trusted her judgment and felt I could ask her anything. When things needed to be done (such as in making repairs called for in the inspection), Kristin took care of finding the repair personnel. Honestly, I don't think I could have managed without her.

Kristin Triolo lives in the neighborhood where I was selling my house and I already knew her from neighborhood activities. An associate of Kristin was at an open house when she was out of town and the event was successful. When Kristin was out of town she was easy to reach. She also accompanied me to my closing, which had never happened before with another agent. Kristin Triolo is a very fair person who will always give someone else the benefit of the doubt. The best experience with a realtor
Kristin was a great advisor regarding the price of my home, which sold for more money than any other in the neighborhood. She helped with staging providing props she kept handy after I had already moved out. Kristin is easy going and always returns calls. I can say I was given great advice about selling and buying. She is a person who cares and gives a lot back to the community.
