Maggie represented the seller of the home we currently own. When we decided to check out other homes in the area we called Maggie. She was always available to show us any of the homes for sale in the neighborhood. We probably looked at at least 10 other homes. When the home we just bought came on the market, we contacted her again. We loved the home were able to successfully negotiate price and Maggie was there to make sure everything went smoothly. We then used Maggie to list our current home for sale. Maggie had the home sold within a week. She helped us work out the sales price and other details. I'm sure the actual closing process with go without a problem on this house also. Maggie always seems happy and comes to our house with a great attitude whether it's about an inspection or closing issue, etc. She's worked in this neighborhood for years and it's very apparent that she knows her stuff. She goes out of way to help you in all your concerns.She works with you for a good sale. This was a difficult sale since the house went on the market at the same time of the virus outbreak. We were living out of the country while we were searching for our home in Rosedale. We did all our negotiations while in Mexico. Maggie met with the home inspector in our absence and followed up to insure repairs were made per the purchase contract.
