We started looking at places to move in the beginning of the summer. We visited model homes at different location and we doecided to revisit Rosedale. When my wife, Diane, returned the agent from the model wasn't there and this is when she met Rich for the first time. He not only showed her the model we were interested in but also a few more. He also gave us some insight to the neighborhood and the surrounding areas. He has been very helpful in many areas helping with recommendations for work we needed to have completed before buying and moving in. He was always there to help with the paperwork for the loan application as he had dealt with the lender himself just recently. He helped us all the way to and thru the closing. We still keep in contact with Rich. I would defensively recommend him if you are look for a Realator who will keep you beat interest in mind.
