So grateful for Jim. He actually reserved time from his busy schedule to accommodate us during our week long visit in July. His expertise, knowledge of the area , and patience with all our questions was appreciated so much. Even after our purchase, Jim has been there for any questions regarding the sale of the condo. We also appreciated the advice he gave regarding the search for qualified property managers in the area. Since we live so far away, we needed to rely on Jim in so many areas. Maggie has a great deal of experience and knows the market. She worked both sides of the sale. In other words we bought a home she had listed and we sold our home to customers of hers. Both homes were sold in a week. She is really good communication with all parties. My wife and I have bought a number of houses over the years and I would be hard pressed to think of one that went smother. Buying a home is an enormous decision. Working with an experienced professional is so important!!

Maggie represented the seller of the home we currently own. When we decided to check out other homes in the area we called Maggie. She was always available to show us any of the homes for sale in the neighborhood. We probably looked at at least 10 other homes. When the home we just bought came on the market, we contacted her again. We loved the home were able to successfully negotiate price and Maggie was there to make sure everything went smoothly. We then used Maggie to list our current home for sale. Maggie had the home sold within a week. She helped us work out the sales price and other details. I'm sure the actual closing process with go without a problem on this house also. Maggie always seems happy and comes to our house with a great attitude whether it's about an inspection or closing issue, etc. She's worked in this neighborhood for years and it's very apparent that she knows her stuff. Maggie is the Best! She listens, knows the market, prices the property to attract the buyers and at the same gives the seller top dollar. She goes out of way to help you in all your concerns.She works with you for a good sale. This was a difficult sale since the house went on the market at the same time of the virus outbreak. The market was unstable for some time before it opened up. We would recommend Maggie to anyone that asks for a referral. Maggie does Rosedale proud.
