Maggie was certainly very professional in setting up the display of the house. She did an outstanding job. I believe that was one of her strongest points. With regards to internet searches more focus could of been spent making sure when someone searched our condo. We had hoped Maggie's firm would come up near the top. Often this was not the case. If you were to ask me if we would work with Maggie again the answer would be yes.

Rich was not only able to help us assess the market in Rosedale but he was instrumental in enabling us to purchase and remodel a home in Florida while we were in Pennsylvania. Maggie has a great deal of experience and knows the market. She worked both sides of the sale. In other words we bought a home she had listed and we sold our home to customers of hers. Both homes were sold in a week. She is really good communication with all parties. My wife and I have bought a number of houses over the years and I would be hard pressed to think of one that went smother. Buying a home is an enormous decision. Working with an experienced professional is so important!!
