Helen has been doing this a long time … helping families buy the home that’s perfect for them! She’s not only knowledgeable about each necessary step but communicates these steps when the next is ready ~ at any hour of the day or night available for assurance that things are moving along and not to worry. Her professionalism is also apparent, both with you and her connections with those other contacts needed in the process. You can tell she is respected in the real estate industry. PLUS, it’s sooo obvious she enjoys her job and cares about you and you ending up getting what you want! p.s. We lived in Virginia and didn’t want the expense of flying to Florida, etc. until we were as sure as possible about the property we were interested in. Helen arranged a fb video walk through … not just the home inside room by room … but out the back door to see the lake … and then out the front door and down the parking lot the short distance to the pool ✨♥️🤗 Without a doubt, she’s THE BEST!!!
