Rich and his team were Amazing! Rich was very knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the process: Giving me advice on everything from staging to negotiations and sources for inspections and minor repairs to complete the sale. After the house was sold the new owner found some personal items that had been left behind and Rich made sure I got them. I would recommend Rich to anyone!
