Not only does she give you realistic pricing models, she brings in wonderful photography services to ensure your home is captured beautifully. She was able to get our house on the market for a sudden move extremely quick and we are so thankful for her. Selling a home in NYC is extremely difficult these days with processes, wait times, and communications back and forth between buyer and seller and Julie absolutely knocked it out of the park to ensure we were about to close in a timely manner (to New York standards ).
