Awesome agent
Kevin’s knowledge of the market enabled us to sell our place in 1 day and then have an offer accepted on a new home within 1 week. Pretty amazing considering the tough market conditions for buyers. He was friendly, professional and fun to work with. I would recommend him without reservation.

You can't go wrong with Julie!
Julie and her Staten Island partner Madeline are fantastic. She really knows her stuff and walks you through the process every step of the way. Not only does she give you realistic pricing models, she brings in wonderful photography services to ensure your home is captured beautifully. She was able to get our house on the market for a sudden move extremely quick and we are so thankful for her. Selling a home in NYC is extremely difficult these days with processes, wait times, and communications back and forth between buyer and seller and Julie absolutely knocked it out of the park to ensure we were about to close in a timely manner (to New York standards ). Thank you again Julie!

Very good experience
Fonda was very knowledgeable about the St Petersburg/Clearwater area and was able to assist my wife and I in finding a beachfront condo even though we were not able to be there in person most of the time. She was a true pleasure to work with.
