Anthony was highly recommended by a family friend and he did not disappoint. This was my first time purchasing a home and it was not a friendly buyers market but Anthony was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. We looked at a ton of homes for months and decided to go with a new build, which was very exciting but intimidating, however, with Anthony’s construction background and overall expertise, he was with me every step of the way whether it was the pre-drywall walk through or the final walk through. He noticed things in the house that I would’ve never even thought about and asked all the right questions to the builder for me. I work a lot of hours during the week and Anthony would take time during his summer weekends to come out and look at homes with me and respond to my calls after working hours. I can’t thank him enough for being there with me every step of the way and for his time over the past several months. John had potential clients looking at our condo within hours of listing. An offer was presented and accepted the next day. Then we only had 30 days to find a home and apply for a mortgage. After telling John what kind of neighborhood and home we wanted he found the perfect spot. Brenda continually checked the listings for us to review and arranged for John to take us out to see them daily. The first one we wanted didn't work out due to problems found on inspection. Profession at its BEST!. Julie went above and beyond in every aspect that one could imagine. She was more than helpful in selling our house. She prioritizes all our needs and was always available to answer any of our concerns. Julie did an excellent job making sure that we understood the process of selling and meeting important deadlines and made sure that there were no unexpected issues with the closing. She is extremely organized and quick to answer every question. We felt so informed at every step of the way because of how clear and strong of a communicator she is.
