Michelle Davis was very helpful in selling my home and buying a new home. Her knowledge of the area helped tremendously and all her advice was very sound. Michelle was always available to answer questions and I had a lot of them since was the first time I bought and sold a house by myself. Michelle also had suggestions for staging my house which made the house show really well and sell quickly. She referred painters for me to use at my new home which was also helpful.

I never personally met Doris LaBeau, but worked with Tom Hines to sell my home. Tom was wonderful to work with: no pushing, provided lots of comparisons for setting a selling price, very communicative. I would gladly use the LaBeau/Hines team again for future needs--you should too!

Doris took great care of us while we were looking for a house. As first time homeowners we needed a lot of help and guidance, and she went out of her way to make sure we had the information we needed and were comfortable every step of the way. She also did a great job helping us prepare competitive offers, and I know we couldn’t have gotten the house we have now without her advice. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and very kind- would recommend!!
