We signed with her as our Selling agent on 2/5/22, she had pictures of the home taken & listed it on 2/8/22, showings started on 2/10, we had an offer on 2/11(THE NEXT DAY), we had a purchase agreement by 2/15 ($100 above asking price) and closed on it 3/10/22. All I can say is WOW. This was after we had had a Horrible experience with another agent who did nothing for us(no communication) for the prior 6 months that we had this house on the market. Michelle has family in the Monroe area & has years of experience in selling homes. I think she did an awesome job with a home that had already been on the market for 6 month. Thank you, Michelle. I was fortunate to have a truly 5-star home buying experience with Tracey Solomon and would recommend her to any home buyer, whether it's your first purchase or something you've been through several times. Another realtor connected me with Tracey in the housing market craziness of 2021 and she literally helped in preparing an offer within an hour of first speaking with her. Although this situation was not typical, and we hadn't built up a rapport prior, she treated me as well as she would have for any client she may have known for years. I appreciated Tracey's knowledge and expertise, but also her down to earth nature and ability to make the entire process as low stress as possible. Michelle help me find a house and the hottest house in market since who knows when. She didn't try to push me into something that I didn't want, she was always patient always return my phone calls. I'd be leaving her a message at 7:00 in the morning and she pick up. She's a very good agent I would highly recommend her for anybody else that was buying another property
