Very helpful & honest when looking at homes she will guide you in the right direction

Mary was amazing to work with she has strong knowledge when looking for a home. When we started looking for a home I didn’t know exactly what I was doing & I was nervous Mary helped walked us through the steps & help us with staying level headed when looking at homes that didn’t work out. Every time I got a hold of Mary she responded quick & was always happy to help. Heather & myself were very satisfied in Mary’s skills. Dream house hunter

I can’t express how amazing Mary was during the whole process of finding my home. She was so patient and kind. She’s very knowledgeable and passionate about her line of work. She was super observant with the houses and would point out different aspects of the house, both good and concerning parts. She was very straightforward. I had so many questions and she was ready for each one and provided me with answers. She explained processes and housing terms in a way that I could understand. Mary made the whole process of buying a house as smooth as it could be. If there was ever a bump in the road, she was on it with making whatever phone calls needed to be made or finding out how to fix it. I truly can’t put into words how amazing and wonder working with Mary was.

Mary was attentive, a good listener, knowledgeable, organized, and a good listener.

Mary was friendly, easy to work with, always available, listened to what I was looking for, helped me negotiate the price, helped with working with the city, inspectors, and the mortgage company. I purchased the house from out of state and could not have made it through the process without her help and guidance.
