My girlfriend Tressa and I just bought our first house earlier this month, and Courtney, our realtor was a huge help. She made the whole process a lot easier than we expected. As first-time buyers, we were pretty clueless, but Courtney walked us through everything step-by-step without making us feel overwhelmed. She paid close attention to all the little details, like making sure we didn’t miss any paperwork or deadlines. She even helped us figure out the mortgage stuff and gave us some solid tips on keeping up with the house, which we really appreciated.
