She was patient and supportive with me as I tried to prepare, both mentally and physically, to sell my home of 44 years. Michelle initially came to our home 5 months before we were ready to sell. We asked her to walk the house to ensure everything was good to go and we wouldn't have any surprises when we put it on the market. She also gave us a market analysis so we had a ballpark figure of the expected selling price. This was invaluable as we set up the preapproval paperwork to shop for our new home. Once we purchased our new home, Michelle scheduled the city inspection for the occupancy certificate and found us a local handyman to take care of a couple minor punchlist items the city requested. This saved us time and money as we didn't have to return to do it ourselves. Our home sold within days of being placed on the market at a price a bit higher than we originally expected.
