Turns out my sale had a snag from an old lien from three owners previous. She managed to get things straightened out quick when I was afraid of losing the sale due to title companies involved trying to shirk responsibility. Don't know what she did but she got it done, and done fast. 6 weeks from contacting her to closing and two weeks of that was an extension from buyer . Will be using her again.....
I had a excellent relationship with Michelle. I moved to Florida having to leave my house behind in Michigan. She made all the necessary steps to bring the house to selling condition ( hired contractor to paint, shampoo the carpeting, etc.) Throughout the selling process she made herself available for questions.
