Michelle Davis, is a very knowledgeable and personable agent, she found me the right home at the right price for me, made the deal to get it closed. She went above and beyond right to the end. I would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs. I plan on hiring Michelle to sell my Condo She works with the best agents, Inspectors and Mortgage Companies also, all you need in one if you choose to go that route.
So much to write about. As bitter sweet as this maybe. Michelle was my parents realtor when they bought their home. I can say whole heartedly that Michelle is compassionate and caring. She truly cares. My parents passed away a week apart from covid end of 2021. During the whole process of the sale of their home I asked for her guidance and help. She delivered. Because of covid things were unfamiliar. The timeline was longer than normal because we had to do probate. She kept us informed and gently walked us through this difficult process. If you are looking for a realtor with integrity and understanding you already found your agent with Michelle. Thank you!!
Michelle and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to sell our home and make us feel at ease. It’s not easy to trust someone with your biggest investment especially when you’re 700 miles away but they earned our trust. I highly recommend Michelle and her team to help you sell, or buy your next home. You can’t go wrong.
Michelle is an awesome realtor! She sold our home in DAYS. Very professional and always pleasant and approachable- went above our expectations!
Michelle is so knowledgeable and we were so happy putting trust in her. Just outstanding threw out the process. Thanks Michelle.
Michelle was the most complete, knowledgeable agent! She as the ONLY agent who wandered around my house and really looked at it to arrive on an appropriate price. She was always prompt in returnng texts and calls and hustled to have open houses so I could get the house sold! She was great!
Michelle first sold our house in July 2015 and went above and beyond what she had to do. Unfortunate events brought me to having to sell my Moms house and we never hesitated in getting in contact with Michelle Davis again. If you are looking to buy or sell I highly recommend having Michelle Davis help you no matter what. She goes above and beyond what she has to do , and most of all, she cares!
Turns out my sale had a snag from an old lien from three owners previous. She managed to get things straightened out quick when I was afraid of losing the sale due to title companies involved trying to shirk responsibility. Don't know what she did but she got it done, and done fast. 6 weeks from contacting her to closing and two weeks of that was an extension from buyer . Will be using her again.....
I had a excellent relationship with Michelle. I moved to Florida having to leave my house behind in Michigan. She made all the necessary steps to bring the house to selling condition ( hired contractor to paint, shampoo the carpeting, etc.) Throughout the selling process she made herself available for questions. I am very pleased with her realtor knowledge and professionalism. Again, thank you so much Michelle!!!
Michelle was excellent in helping us sell our home. Even with changing market conditions she did great and when the first buyers backed out she walked us through that process and started showing the house immediately and we had our buyer within days. I highly recommend her.
Michelle was very professional and handled all aspects of the sale of our house in a very fast and efficient manner. We highly recommend hiring Michelle to handle all your real estate needs.
Our first time selling a house. Met Michelle after a call to her agency, as we were interviewing other agents concerning the sale of our home. We were impressed with her almost immediately. We hired her, and after the sale, we can say without a doubt that she exceed our expectations. She was always prompt and knowledgeable about every aspect of our transaction. Needless to say we would employ Michelle again in the flash of an eye. Thank you, Michelle. Charles & Chris Grant
