Michelle has great credentials, and excelled in every aspect of our adventure. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable, so helpful. She was patient and supportive with me as I tried to prepare, both mentally and physically, to sell my home of 44 years. Then, when I felt ready to put the house on the market, over night she had it posted. One week later it was sold for way more than I expected. She is a miracle worker!
Michelle initially came to our home 5 months before we were ready to sell. We asked her to walk the house to ensure everything was good to go and we wouldn't have any surprises when we put it on the market. She also gave us a market analysis so we had a ballpark figure of the expected selling price. This was invaluable as we set up the preapproval paperwork to shop for our new home. Once we purchased our new home, Michelle scheduled the city inspection for the occupancy certificate and found us a local handyman to take care of a couple minor punchlist items the city requested. This saved us time and money as we didn't have to return to do it ourselves. Our home sold within days of being placed on the market at a price a bit higher than we originally expected. Michelle was great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing or selling a home in her area. Thanks Michelle!
Michelle was very professional and knowledgeable helping me get my house ready to sell. Following her advice and suggestions the house sold in less than a week!
Michelle was extremely helpful in ALL aspects of selling our home. We were blown away by her strategy to sell our home and closed the deal quickly for much more than we were expecting to receive. We can't thank her enough for the job she did for us. Thank you!
Michelle has helped me purchase and sell. She is very resourceful and knows her stuff! Very pleasant to work with! 10/10 would recommend to family and friends and use again.
Michelle went beyond my expectations when helping me find a home. She understood I was looking for a home and not just a house, and took the time to learn what I was searching for. I texted her many questions which she responded to quickly. She has a great deal of knowledge regarding what to be aware of when buying a home and could point out potential problems as well as give advice when buying a fixer-upper. Having Michelle as an agent helped me feel secure regarding my purchase. If I ever decide to sell or purchase a home again in the future, Michelle is the agent I would call! Anyone looking for an agent with integrity, hard-working, and who truly wants the best for you should call her as well.
Michelle was easy to work with and always available to us. She helped us through the entire process of selling our first home and was very professional always. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us.
Michelle was extremely helpful even before we listed. She provided a wealth of information and data. She was with us all the way and made us feel comfortable even though we were selling a house we had built and lived in for over 46 years. She is very knowledgeable regarding the market and the potential buyer pool.
Michelle's expert experience and knowledge with every little thing we came across while selling our house showed professionalism through out the time it was listed and then under contract.
Michelle went well over and beyond. She was wonderful to work with and there was always communication. She sure did not lack on anything. I highly recommend her.
