Turns out my sale had a snag from an old lien from three owners previous. She managed to get things straightened out quick when I was afraid of losing the sale due to title companies involved trying to shirk responsibility. Don't know what she did but she got it done, and done fast. 6 weeks from contacting her to closing and two weeks of that was an extension from buyer . Will be using her again.....

Tracey was someone I knew from a lifetime ago. She showed up when it wasnt easy to back then and she went above and beyond in finding our first home. I commented to my fiance several times how buying our first house was the quickest ( and somehow slowest) and most stressful experience I've had, but through it all Tracey remained cool and confident, working around the clock to make sure when closing day came our questions were answered and we too were cool, confident, and most importantly loved our home. The first round of houses we found our home. Rae fulfilled all our wants and needs with all choices she gave. Worked with both mine and my wife's schedules to show the houses. Went the extra mile with printing pictures of our new home for our Christmas cards. Knowledgeable of the area we were wishing to stay in.
