I worked with Jaie to find my perfect home for about 2 years. I know its crazy but I knew what I wanted and I didn't want to compromise. In the end she was more then amazing. The agent for the seller was a part-time agent so she pretty much did all the work. She recommended a lender who was wonderful, she recommended home inspectors who were wonderful, and the escrow was very short and sweet. With our initial offer she was able to make recommendations that made ours stand out against all the others, we needed up initially not having our offer accepted but then that buyer pulled out within less then 24 hours and they moved forward with us. It was crazy how perfectly it turned out. We love our home and the 2 year search was worth it.
