As a First Time Home Buyer, everything in home buying is clueless for me. So before I started the process, I read a book about it so I will gain some basic knowledge. Maricel was referred to me by my friend and she met or exceeds all the qualities of a good realtor according to the book that I read. She was very responsive in every inquiries or questions I had on her. She texted back right away or even call back in order to explain very well whatever I asked her about the process. She kept me updated with every process of my home buying. She was very knowledgable and expert in real estate business. Whatever I asked her about the buying process, she answered it well and I learned more from her than the book that I read. She was very sincere her client. As her client, I felt that she cares for me as if she is my relative. She knows if I'm bothered or stressed and will take action right away to resolve it . She knows what's best for me. Maricel was truly exceptional! She was recommended by a friend who she helped too in finding their home on the location that we are looking for. She always responds on all my questions and updates us with the current housing market.
