We recently sold our La Verne home with Jaie. I highly recommend Susan! She made sure to get me the house I wanted when I was buying and she did an excellent job taking care of the sale of my house! I happened to be out of town for both of these transactions making things more challenging, but Susan went above and beyond and made sure to check on the house, and organize home repairs, gardeners, and home cleaners. It was also a joy to work with her on a personal level - she was understanding and kind to me during the more emotional times, she made me laugh during the frustrating times, and she cheered with me when the sales went through!
