About Lawrence

My name is Larry Ronco and I'm the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Gulf Coast Living. My wife, Carla, and I work as a team and both grew up in the Fort Myers area. We have been selling real estate exclusively in this area for over 28 years and I have over 500 closed sales. I also worked as professional fire fighter for over 30 years. We have 3 grown children, Tyler, Tayler, Travis, and a grandson, Kaleb, and granddaughter, Sadie. We enjoy our time fishing, adventure motorcycle riding, boating, waterskiing and camping. We love living here and believe you would too! We do not like high pressured sales, therefore we are not high pressure sales people. My Ist property sale experience!

Larry was always quick to respond to a text or phone call. This was my first home sale. I also was selling during a buyer's market so what I expected from my 35 year investment was a lot less than I hoped for. But, it's sold and I am Very Grateful for his efforts.

If I could put 10 stars I would!

Larry did an excellent job promoting my home! In a market where there were plenty of houses for sale, Larry made my home stand out and he has my utmost recommendation to anyone wanting to sell their home! He always had my best interest at heart and was a genuine joy to work with! Cannot recommend him enough.

Always available and helpful. The marketing materials were top notch .

The marketing materials and drone photography were excellent. Larry and his son, Travis made a great team. They were always responsive and helpful. The real estate market has been slow and we are pleased that they brought us a sincere offer to purchase. Mission accomplished!
