I would highly recommend Houston. He is extremely pleasant and williong to help you in any way possible. He makes excellent suggestions. My purchase encountered several problems . We were forced to change our contract several times due to loan requirements, but Houston made sure, through his negotiations, that I got all of the concessions I had asked for.
