First time home buyer... Looked at a few houses conrad was their for us everytime..found the one we really liked and he made it happen..got the house for less than offered and he even got sellers to pay 5k worth of dry rot repairs..also got a free deck on my backyard..Over all we are pretty happy with our first home. Conrad is a solid realtor and i would definately hire him again in the near future.

Chad was recommended to us. He did a great job in representing us during our home purchase. Always responsive and had great recommendations. The night we met him we were looking at houses. With a few days we had a contract. The follow up and the way he worked with our financing broker Jeff Tarbell was awesome. We were ready to close within 13 days due to their hard work.
