First time home buyer... Looked at a few houses conrad was their for us everytime..found the one we really liked and he made it happen..got the house for less than offered and he even got sellers to pay 5k worth of dry rot repairs..also got a free deck on my backyard..Over all we are pretty happy with our first home.
