Scott was truly excellent in all areas. This was an old house that I inherited and it was in bad shape. We worked together for three months clearing out the house (estate sale), inspecting, repairing, and renovating the house. We discussed the scope and value of each update and Scott gave realistic and honest advice. He had recommendations and multiple bids for each job, and using those people produced fast and quality results each time. The house was absolutely transformed once the work was done. I was so happy to see an old family home returned to a respectable condition! When the house went on the market, we had 2 offers within 2 days (before the open house even). We countered and accepted an offer, and it closed in 2 weeks. The work we did paid off in getting an excellent sales price. The value generated was outstanding. Scott was professional and efficient with all interactions. I couldn't have had a better experience! In addition, Scott was 100% trustworthy, and patient. He took care of all issues at the house in my absence and made sure it was secure and valuables were protected. He even moved a few important things to his house for safekeeping until I could meet him. His willingness to email and take calls after my work hours (between 6-8 pm) was super helpful. All interactions moved quickly. Another area that Scott went above and beyond in was repairing and cleaning the house. This house hadn't been cleaned or updated in decades and Scott personally did much of the cleaning and minor repairs at no charge. For example, cleaning grout in the bathroom floors, cleaning sinks and tubs, vacuuming a fireplace, and painting a mail slot, and power washing the patio. Also putting in door handles, cabinet hardware, and light switch covers. I never expected him to do all these things himself but was thrilled when he did! Amazingly helpful!!

Scott did a great job advertising our condo, using a mix of traditional and online ads. He continually updated us with the results of the Facebook campaign, and aggressively marketed the house with open houses. Great experience start to finish, and I believe the hard work paid off with a fast sale. It was a great experience start to finish. I would recommend Scott to anybody looking to buy or sell in Roseville - he is very thorough, explains the process, and offers balanced advice throughout the process. He's also one of the most proactive realtors I've ever worked with, and that makes life easy.

Scott was incredible from the start! He was a great asset to Suzanne's Team. I was able to voice my needs and wants to them with confidence that they would carry out everything that needed to be done to get the sale. Scott went above and beyond when he actually hung out around my house for appointments when I was at work and couldn't make it!! They kept me in the loop on everything and even though I was determined to do what I wanted, neither of them lost momentum in closing the deal. I felt extremely confident in my team and knew that they would take care of me. I also knew that my needs were first priority and it made me comfortable knowing they would work endlessly in my favor. Scott was AMAZING. As a first time home buyer I was pretty clueless about the entire process and what it would entail. From our very first meeting Scott worked to make sure I understood what the process would be like. I left our first meeting feeling more informed and empowered that I could do this thing! Scott was readily available to answer any questions I had and even provided feedback on things I didn't think to ask. I never felt rushed or guilty throughout the process. The paramaters of our search changed a few times through the process; the budget decreaed and locations increased. I felt like I was being a pain, but Scott reassured me that this was apart of the process and things change and we go with it. What a great feeling to work with someone who understands things change and when they change make it seem effortless for us to change with it. Scott's knowledge of the greater Sacramento area proved invaluable! Even when we were looking at a map of Sacramento he was able to describe certain areas in great detail and list off pros and cons to consider. He also took into account the things that were priority to me when sharing listings. When I sent him listings with questions he was always prompt at getting back in touch with me or scheduling a time for us to go see something. I was never nervous that Scott wouldn't have time to show me a listing I was interested in. After working with Scott to purchase my first home I feel comfortable saying I had a wonderful realtor. He was on top of everything; easy to get in contact with; provided timely updates; and helped me to feel like a knowledgeable and an informed Buyer.
