Lindsay helped me sell my house for a price I was happy with. She was extremely easy to work with and her communication exceeded my expectations. When I needed to talk to her she was fast to pick up her phone or respond to my calls and text messages. I appreciated her knowledge and progessionalism. She was very proactive. She ran an open house the same weekend the house was listed and multiples weekends after that. I had moved out of state when my house went on the market and Lindsay kept me updated on all activities and inspections as they occured. She also was very hands on. As things came up at the house, that required my presence, she would show up on my behalf. I would definitely use Lindsay again and I highly recommend her. I highly recommend Craig as your listing agent. Going into the current market with high interest rate of 6.57% is kind of scary. We were not sure if we would be able to sell our house in 3-months (the sooner the better). With Craig’s immense helpful knowledge about the real estate, we sold our house in less than a month!!! We were more than thrilled that we sold our house at our original asking price!!! Way to go Craig and thank you so very much!!! I felt that Scott Brown went above and beyond what is normally expected of a real estate agent in selling our house. For example, he himself painted 3 rooms in the house to improve the visual appeal! To me, this was just astonishing that he would do this. He was also frequently there and would help out when we were working on the house. He was there for all inspections as well. In addition, he always maintained good communication on the progress of the sale. I would totally recommend Scott Brown to anyone interested in selling a house.

Scott Brown, once again, exceeded our expectations when it came to the purchase of our second property. We really would never have considered using another agent when we decided to pursue another property. "Scott is fantastic! He ensured he completely understood what we needed/wanted, researched above and beyond what could possibly be expected, and kept us very well informed about every step before/during/after it happened. Our previous experience with Scott made him the only choice when we decided to purchase again - heck, this experience is almost enough to convince me to buy another house, just to repeat it. This could not have been an easier experience, nor more enjoyable. He is so very familiar with the history of the area, and how it has changed, that you get to learn about how the location of our new house was a field not that long ago (well, this one house, at least). He did everything I could think of, and several I didn't even know to think about, to make our transaction so very easy and trouble free. He knows the good house inspectors to call, knows what is fair, keeps current on pricing standards, and dealt with any minor issues. We could not have imagined a better agent than Scott. He was eminently professional, responded quite timely, was a tremendous amount of fun, was completely open and forthcoming about everything and anything, laughed a little at my stupid jokes, and knows everything you could want him to know about houses (and then some). He had an answer for every esoteric, strange, or detailed question I had about whatever minutiae. Everybody we dealt with at Lyon was absolutely top notch. Professional, polite, warm even, and effective. As previously stated, buying this house with Scott Brown as our agent was remarkably enjoyable.
