Patrick recently helped me purchase my first home. I honestly could not have completed the purchase without all of the assistance he provided. He negotiated a great price for me well below the asking price. Patrick recommended a great lender to me and help me with the purchase process. I had to leave town for two weeks midway through the purchase process and Patrick took care of everything while I was gone. He found a termite inspector and arranged for the inspection, he found an agent and a great rate for me for the required flood insurance and for the homeowners insurance. Patrick did all the research for me to find a great painting contractor to do the interior painting I needed done. I highly recommend Patrick as a real estate agent.

We've known Anne for many years. She helped us purchase our first home 10 years ago. I’ve bought and sold a fair number of houses over the years, and I can confidently say Terry is the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. Selling my rental condo while I resided far away, she was invaluable. Coordinating contractors for repairs, she quickly dispensed with marketing impediments and had my place listed incredibly fast. She was perfectly communicative — not too little, not too much...just right. I always felt well taken of but never hassled. Every neighborhood we wanted to look into, Willie took us there, showed us around, and gave us relevant information about the area. He knew about the kind of people who lived there (like young singles, or retirees). He was happy to spend days with us searching. In the end, when we were afraid our offer was going to fall through, Willie saved the day, and worked with the seller to come to a mutual agreement. Also, Willie reached out to our loan/closing people, to get our closing date moved up, since we didn't want to extend our lease with the moving van people. He just worked really hard for us!!! AND, was always cheerful and helpful. I feel we were very fortunate to have Willie as our realtor!!!!!
