My wife contacted Willie when we were exploring purchasing a new home in retirement. After a few exchanges I can say he truly dialed in what we were looking for so we made the 350 mile trip to see the community and 10 homes in a single day with Willie. We spent about 10 hours that day with Willie and he treated us like family. We made a second trip to look some more and look again at our favorite one. Willie seems to have endless energy, kept us supplied with snacks and drinks throughout the day, and could almost read our minds when we viewed properties.
