I’ve bought and sold a fair number of houses over the years, and I can confidently say Terry is the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. Selling my rental condo while I resided far away, she was invaluable. Coordinating contractors for repairs, she quickly dispensed with marketing impediments and had my place listed incredibly fast. She was perfectly communicative — not too little, not too much...just right. I always felt well taken of but never hassled. She looked out for my best interest, and made excellent recommendations for the various offers I was receiving. A consummate professional, Terry is efficient, knowledgeable, and no-nonsense. I highly recommend her!
