Alexis was wonderful! She was knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, patient, and always available to show the house we were trying to sell. She was able to give us really solid advice on what yo update to get the best price, and what could be covered by offering a home warranty. We live in another state from where the house was, and she was on TOP of making sure everything went smoothly - we never had to travel even once. She was able to work with all of our repair people directly, and took a large part of the work of getting the house to market off our shoulders. In the end, she made selling an out of state house the easiest process I've dealt with this year. 1000% would recommend to anyone buying or selling.

I don't even know where to start here, Alexis just stuck with my wife and I through a home selling process that could become a movie script. High's and low's but mostly lows, for months. Alexis was great. If I could give more stars I would. She was smart, kind and very easy to work with and we had a complicated situation involving out of town buyers, a POA and a military deployment. She is completely knowledgeable in all areas which made the whole process speedy and simply for us. She walked us through the whole process which was amazing considering buying a home can be very challenging when coordinating everything. Alexis made the process of selling our home exciting and enjoyable; she truly had our best interest at heart and worked hard daily to get us the best deal from the day the house was put on the market to closing. She even found coupons and called around to make sure she got the best/lowest price for all of our sellers' costs once the contract was pending. How do I explain to people that my real estate agent is a miracle worker? That she made the impossible possible? That she helped to accomplish something for our family that we thought would never happen? I think everyone underestimates the level at which I appreciate Alexis Pierson! Having three children - one with special needs that must be adapted to - we thought we would never find a house in the area we hoped for that would meet all of our family’s unique needs AND be achievable for us financially. Throughout every step of our home-buying experience, Alexis was honest, professional, and extremely supportive. I feel silly even writing this because it comes nowhere close to doing her justice! Alexis is seriously the best and most patient realtor in the world! We love our house, and there is no way we would have it now if it wasn’t for her loyalty and downright awesomeness.
