I reached out to Alexis is 2021 without any timeline, but wanted pointers for when we decided to sell our home. She came out without any complaints and was honest with us. Our no timeline quickly turned into a month timeline in February 2022. Alexis never hesitated and helped make buying and selling a home at once seem simple. She truly cares about her clients well being and not just the numbers. If I had to do it all over again I would chose Alexis every time. I was a first time home buyer and needless to say, I had lots of emotions about it. The thought of purchasing a home was beyond overwhelming - I had no idea where to start! I asked my buddy for a referral and he referred me to Alexis Pierson. Thankfully, I am so grateful he referred Alexis to help me in this process because I could not have done this without her! I recently had to sell my sister in laws house when she passed away suddenly. I lived about 4 hours from her home and did not know anyone in the area. A realtor, Alexis Pierson was highly recommended by one of the neighbors and after the initial meeting we gave Alexis the listing. There were multiple challenges such as minor repairs which were needed, the fireplace insert needing to be replaced, a mantle installation to name a few. Being 4 hours away and working a full time job added to my concerns of how we were going to manage however Alexis took care of everything. She knew contractors/businesses and set up and oversaw all of the repairs. She kept me fully informed of the progress and when the house was ready to list she made sure it was being shown to its best advantage. Alexis marketed the property beautifully and within 2 days there were numerous showings and multiple offers received. Once an offer was accepted Alexis continued to update me on the process of a house heading to closing. Alexis made sure I received the documents needed, in a timely manner, and did not stop working with me until the closing was finalized and she notified me of the completion. I can say, without any doubt, that I could not have managed everything involved with selling this property without Alexis and her team. To sum up our experience with Alexis in two words, unparalleled and seamless. When I was beginning to plan my move to North Carolina I began looking for a realtor, and I was referred to Alexis by my friend. I reached out to her by email and in what felt like less than one minute, she called me to discuss my objective. From our first call I knew we were going to have a great professional relationship. I let her know I lived across the country at the time and she swiftly informed me it would not be an issue, as she had plenty of experience doing virtual home showings.
