My name is Alexis Pierson and I have been practicing real estate full time since 2006. The real estate market around Camp Lejeune Marine Corp Base is truly one of a kind. Over and over again we see articles in Business Week or on MSNBC proclaiming that Jacksonville NC is the most recession resistant city in the United States, or the best city in North Carolina to raise kids. All in all, it's a great place to own real estate! In 2006, I decided to pursue a career in real estate after purchasing my first home. I had a great experience buying my home because I worked with a quality REALTOR, and now I strive to give that same great level of service to my clients. I enjoy working with people, and as the daughter of a retired Navy Electrician and wife of a prior Marine, I have a thorough understanding of the unique needs of the military family. As a real estate agent, I specialize in foreclosures, and in the purchase and sale of Starter Homes in Jacksonville NC, Richlands NC, Hubert NC, and the Greater Onslow County area. I built my business working with First-Time Home Buyers, and now am happy to help them sell their homes as well! I stay up-to-date on advertising trends and on the technology that prospective home buyers use, so that I may more effectively market my clients homes. I am also very dedicated to the success, growth, and forward thinking progress of our local Board of REALTORS. To show that dedication, I have served the Jacksonville Board of REALTORs as a member of several committees over the years, and served as President Elect for 2015 and President for 2016. I moved to Jacksonville NC in the summer of 2002 from Mililani, Hawaii, so that I could be closer to some of my family. In 2007, I met my husband, and in April of 2009, we got married on Topsail Island. In 2013, we welcomed our son. We are happy to call Jacksonville 'home', and we live here with our wonderful dog Pepper.
