Once an offer was accepted Alexis continued to update me on the process of a house heading to closing. Alexis made sure I received the documents needed, in a timely manner, and did not stop working with me until the closing was finalized and she notified me of the completion. I can say, without any doubt, that I could not have managed everything involved with selling this property without Alexis and her team. To sum up our experience with Alexis in two words, unparalleled and seamless. When I was beginning to plan my move to North Carolina I began looking for a realtor, and I was referred to Alexis by my friend. I reached out to her by email and in what felt like less than one minute, she called me to discuss my objective. From our first call I knew we were going to have a great professional relationship. I let her know I lived across the country at the time and she swiftly informed me it would not be an issue, as she had plenty of experience doing virtual home showings. This not only proved to be true, but we were throughly impressed by the substantial amount of minute detail she constantly ensured she showed us property after property.
