I have to highly recommend Bart Miranda. He did an excellent job. He demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and skillfully guided us through the listing process and the sale. He produced a virtual tour which resulted in a great deal of interest and he hosted three open houses. We received a number of offers, some tempting, but thankfully listened to Bart, and remained patient, which ultimately resulted in an offer above our expectations. He was professional, knowledgable, personable and had a great sense of humor as well. I don't think a seller can go wrong by retaining Bart as his/her agent.
