Our home was on the market for well over a year with two different agencies. During that time we had multiple showings and an open house with no results. I can not say enough positive things about Theresa! She helped my husband and I when we decided the time was right to sell our first home. Not only were we inexperienced with the details and preparations necessary with selling a home, but we were out of state during the entire process. Theresa was always very responsive to our calls and provided us with comfort and peace of mind while making these important decisions.
